Learn about your eligibility for tax benefits as an individual living with diabetes. Chartered accountant Diana Provenzano, CPA, CA, will provide valuable tips to help you prepare for income tax season and maximize your medical expense tax credits and deductions. This session will also provide an overview of the Disability Tax Credit.
Lisa Herlehy has been a full-time Diabetes Educator for the past five years with the Family Health Team at The Ottawa Hospital. She is on the DNIG Executive and edits the newsletter which is published three times a year. Lisa is currently a full time student at the University of Ottawa where she is pursuing her Nurse Practitioner’s Certificate.
